Tsunade

Tsunade is the Fifth Hokage, the powerful kunoichi, a medical master, and along with Orochimaru and Jiraiya, the Sannin. She is also the only Sannin the exists, Jiraiya dead, and Orochimaru sealed.

Tsunade was one of the students of the Third Hokage, along with Orochimaru and Jiraiya. She is the grandaughter of the First Hokage and the grandniece of the Second Hokage. She is the only one that survived wearing the crystal necklace worn by the First Hokage. Both Nawaki and Dan died from the necklace. The necklace was latered crushed in shippuden worn by Naruto Uzumaki.
